The elaboration of the DREAM Toolkit for micro and SMEs resiliency in a post-COVID business and operational setting will contribute to improve the digital resilience of European MSMEs through innovative multilingual training contents and tools developed on the basis of the results and key findings resulting from the mapping phase.
Training toolkit will be adapted to market needs, and will serve to increase the flexibility, competitiveness and digital responsiveness of MSMEs in the post-pandemic context through the following topics initially identified:
1. Fundamentals of digital entrepreneurship in microenterprise settings: what are the skills needed to embrace digital transformation in MSME.
2. Digital communication and branding: redefining processes and channels for the communication and marketing needs of a microenterprise.
3. Digital finance: payment systems, skills to manage start-up finance.
4. Cybersecurity: what are the dangers and how to avoid them.
